I’m Mark Perkins — a coach with over 30 years of experience helping ambitious professionals rebuild their strength, restore their movement, and return to pain-free performance that lasts.

For over two decades, I trained senior partners and executives at Goldman Sachs — people under constant pressure to perform, often struggling to prioritise their health. I saw the toll that stress, ageing, and poor training advice can take — even on disciplined individuals.
